Another great holiday at this amazing villa. The villa is lovely and perfectly located. Just on the edge of town so far enough away (100 yards) not to be disturbed but ideal for easy and quick access for Supermarket, restaurant and bars. The villa has everything needed for the perfect holiday and an amazing pool / pool area with enough sun and shade areas for everyone.
My husband is wheelchair bound and the villa and surrounding amenities cater for his needs. Nothing is a problem for the Turkish people in Dalyan wherever we went to eat, drink and even a boat trip. The owners kindly arranged some access ramps this year which helped a lot also.

Thank you for choosing to return to Zeytin Koru for your 2017 holiday. We share your views about the Dalyan people, they are so welcoming and friendly that they are a credit to Turkey. We are a bit biased spending so much time here over the last 20 years.

Kind regards

WE have stayed twice at the villa. It is so well appointed and equipped it really does make they stay that more comfortable and easy. This in turn allows you to sit back and enjoy the very good grounds/garden and pool area. Enough shade to be found at all times of the day if you want to cool down and plenty of open space to enjoy the sun and cool down in a lovely pool.
I really cannot thing of much that could improve the villa, it's grounds and contents.
Absolutely magnificent place to enjoy a holiday.

Villa completely lived up to expectations. It was a family holiday with age range from 30 - 62 and was enjoyed by all. My husband is in a wheelchair and although villa is not specifically geared for disabled it worked very well and the owners did a fantastic job of sourcing a wheeled shower chair which made life a lot easier. The pool design also worked well for my husband due to the stair stepped access and sloped depth. There is plenty of room even when filled to find a quiet spot for solitude if you so wish. The villa location is also ideal for the nearest supermarket and the bakers. Also, in the evenings it was a very short stroll (across the road!) to bars, restaurants and shops. We also love Dalyan and the people - all most welcoming and helpful. Already booked up for next year :)

Well what can I say about Villa Zeytin Koru, firstly correspondence with Paul and Alison was fantastic, they answered quickly and nothing was too much trouble, they arranged our transfers which were very good and everything was ran smoothly, we met Sinan who looks after the Villa and he was extremely helpful, he helped arrange trips and we went to his restaurant for a meal a few times and he made such an effort for our daughter's 13th birthday she said it was the best birthday ever.

Villa Zeytin Koru, the photos and description do not do it justice, it is a beautiful villa and really became our 'home' all of the bedrooms are lovely and the en suites were well equipped. The location of the villa could not be better, it was less than a minute to the supermarket and the town and what a beautiful place Dalyan is.

Dalyan is a wonderful place, the view no matter where you are is stunning, the people are beyond friendly and nothing is too much trouble, people do try to call you into the restaurants but they are not pushy at all (unlike other places i've been).

This is a stunning villa and I would highly recommend it.

We have fallen in love with Dalyan and will definitely be coming back, hopefully to Zeytin Koru.

Zeytin Koru is a wonderful villa and our large group of all ages thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have been to Dalyan 4 times before and stayed before in hotels; now we would go back to this beautiful villa.

Second stay at Zeytin Koru the experience was as good if not better than last year. The villa is very well maintained, has everything you need, a real home from home, a big plus is the location, it is ideal.
Perfect property for a Villa holiday experience.

We had an excellent holiday with people in our party ranging from 6-71 yrs in age. The villa was accurately described and was as expected. The management company was good and attentive to our needs, the cleaners and pool / garden staff were faultless and cheerful.
After taking many villa holidays over many years in various summer locations I would happily recommend this villa to friends as good value.
This villa in Dalyan is excellent for multi-generational family holidays; as it provides superb pool / terrace in-house fun for all, but especially for the very young. Then older teens have access to good nightlife on the doorstep, and adults access to impressive historical interests such as Kaunos, just minutes away. Small and friendly local shop open late just opposite, plethora of good restaurants and bars within walking distance, what more can you want on holiday? How clever of Paul and Alison to build their dream villa on this location, location, location!

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, SUPERB POOL, RIGHT NEXT TO THE HEART OF THE TOWN WITHOUT BEING IN IT. YOU CAN WALK TO ANYWHERE IN DALYAN WITHIN 10 MINUTES, ALL THE BARS AND RESTAURANTS. IDEAL FOR FAMILIES - TEN OF US, TWO OLD'UNS, FOUR YOUNGER ONES AND FOUR GRANDKIDS. THE LOCAL REPS ARE GREAT (U/S AIRCON UNIT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS) AND THEIR OFFICE IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD - THEY ALSO DID AIRPORT TRANSFERS, NO PROBLEMS. BACK TO THE VILLA, THREE DOUBLE & ONE TWIN BEDROOM, ALL WITH EN-SUITE, PLUS GROUND FLOOR & FIRST FLOOR LOUNGES WITH SOFA BEDS - IT WILL SLEEP 12 ADULTS!!.

My husband, daughter, and our two teenage grandchildren had a fabulous holiday at Villa Zeytin Koru. Everything we needed, and more, was waiting for us. The pool was much enjoyed by all the Family and the proximity to the supermarket, restaurants and the river was so unexpected, and so welcome. The Classic River Trip arranged by Mamhout was a great day out, and everyone went out of their way to look after us. Unfortunately the same two weeks are already booked by someone else for 2012. Meeting Alison and Paul was a bonus.

"Wonderful week"
Zeytin Koru is like a small hotel exclusive to your party in an ideal location with
Dalyan is a relaxing Turkish experience mainly for family and couples or group of friends looking to un-wind. Plenty of bars and nightlife but not what the hardcore nightclub goers would consider sufficient.

The location overlooking the Rock tombs and just a short walk (couple of minutes) from the main hustle and bustle of Dalyan's bars shops and restaurant was outstanding. The very private Villa (with no neighbours on all sides!) and surrounded by private walls with trees and shrubs offering great privacy really did tick all the boxes. The pool was outstanding cleaned daily and offering a shallow end and deep end, good size. Next to the pool is a stone built BBQ and Turkish type summer house which was great for out door dining. There is private parking for cars but never felt the need to get a car with everything on the doorstep. The villa had plenty of seating throughout and plenty of sun lounges around the pool every thing has been thought of here! Inside 4 double bedrooms of equal size all with on suit wet rooms, good size with plenty of storage space and hangers (plus all have air conditioning!).

There is a fantastic large balcony which overlooks the lit up tombs at night, really nice place to chill out with drinks. TV and DVD player with large selections of films and music to keep you entertained along with a selection of board and card games.

There is a well stocked supermarket within 100 meters if the villa but I would suggest you visit the butcher in town to get your meat for the BBQ.

If your looking for a bar try the M&M Rock bar just around the corner the guy that runs the place is very friendly and seems to us runs the pub to meet new people and enjoy himself rather than making money……………………………..

I always prefer to holiday in different places each year but am already considering coming back to this villa next year. Don't gamble with your holidays you work hard for them! This villa will not let you down.
